Outsourcing is not Always the Answer.

Looks like Dell Computerslearned the hard way that cheap labor is sometimes costly.  Dell has decided to pull back its India tech support center due to poor quality in customer support assistance.

Having personally experienced the poor service from that center, I can tell you Dell made a poor move in testing the waters with such an important component of its operations, but a good one to admit it and move on.  Perhaps I will get over my Dell rant, and buy from them again!
